Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration (HR option), Social Sciences, or a related field.

  • Professional certification and registration with IHRM

  • Minimum of 3 years’ progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably within healthcare or a regulated environment

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, compliance frameworks, and employment regulations, with demonstrated ability to apply them in a healthcare setting

  • Proven experience in core HR functional areas including recruitment and workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance management

  • Ability to handle employee relations issues, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and support both clinical and non-clinical teams

  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), data analysis, and Microsoft Office tools to support reporting and decision-making
