Bachelor's degree in commerce or finance.

3+ years in a supervisory role within butchery operations in retail or meat processing environments.

Carcass breakdown and meat cutting (beef, lamb, poultry).

Hygiene and food safety compliance (HACCP standards).

Meat freshness assessment and shelf-life management.

Stock handling (receiving, storage, and rotation – FIFO).

Drive commercial performance by implementing pricing strategies, managing product assortment, and executing promotional activities to enhance sales and profitability.

Monitor customer satisfaction (NPS) and implement improvement initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Oversee stock management, including inventory control, replenishment planning, stock reporting, and ensuring optimal stock levels.

Minimize waste and shrinkage by implementing control measures, tracking waste reports, and improving stock handling processes.

Manage merchandising standards by ensuring correct product placement, pricing accuracy, and adherence to planograms.
