Our core business is to provide our corporate clients with human capital solutions that result in measurably improved employee and organizational performance while minimizing employment practice risk. ​ Position Summary  We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field sales representative who will play a vital role in driving product uptake and revenue growth across Kenya. The role involves building strong client relationships, promoting premium products to clinics and hospitals, and engaging dental professionals to boost sales within dental supplies industry.  Key Responsibilities Promote and sell a diverse range of dental equipment, instruments, and consumables to dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities. Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and industry events. Build and maintain long-term relationships with dental practitioners and key decision-makers. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients fully understand usage, benefits, and maintenance. Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing, and emerging trends in the dental supplies market. Collaborate with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional client service. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in the dental or medical supplies industry is a must. Strong knowledge of dental equipment and products is highly desirable. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
