About Pacifica United Soccer Club Pacifica United Soccer Club began as a small, grassroots community club on the beautiful Pacific coast, founded by dedicated parent volunteers who simply wanted the best soccer experience for their kids. Today, we have grown into a thriving hybrid club with a paid and licensed coaching staff while keeping our strong community roots intact. What makes PUSC special is our hybrid model: highly qualified, licensed head coaches lead each age group, supported by passionate parent volunteers. This approach keeps costs accessible for families while delivering a personal and supportive experience for our players. Our families and volunteers are outstanding—engaged, positive, and deeply committed to the club. Our volunteer Board members bring diverse professional expertise from various industries, and we are eager to support the DOC’s growth through mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities. Our Board President is a USSF “A” licensed coach who teaches DOC and coaching education courses and has previously served as a Director of Coaching himself.
