Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to care coordination. Clinical Excellence: Ensure adherence to infection control practices and patient safety guidelines. Engage in continuous quality improvement and professional development initiatives. Patient & Family Education: Explain treatment procedures and provide education on care plans and post-discharge instructions. Offer emotional support to patients and their families. Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments across multiple specialties (e.g., intensive care, emergency, telemetry, medical/surgical). PREFFERED SKILLS Experience working in diverse and multicultural clinical settings. Familiarity with U.S. healthcare standards and protocols. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt quickly to new environments. Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning Requirements Licensure & Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred but not mandatory. Hold a valid nursing license in your home country (eligibility for U.S. licensure is required). Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of acute care experience in institutions of 80 bed capacity and above (experience in ICU, ER, or medical/surgical settings is advantageous). Language & Communication: Proficiency in English (successful completion of English proficiency exams may be required). Clinical Competence: Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to interpret patient symptoms and respond appropriately. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
