Job Description

We are seeking a confident, resilient, and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead outbound prospecting efforts and generate qualified sales opportunities. This role is highly focused on cold calling, multichannel outreach, and pipeline generation, ideal for someone who is not afraid of rejection and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Main Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns with cold calls. Promote new business opportunities via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team. Present and conduct virtual demonstrations for potential clients. Manage and update all activities in the CRM (HubSpot or similar). Maintain consistent follow-up and nurture prospects throughout the sales pipeline. Effectively handle objections and clearly communicate value to decision-makers.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR or outbound sales roles. Proven experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting (essential). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred). Ability to conduct virtual meetings and demonstrations (Zoom/Google Meet). Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills. SaaS or B2B sales experience preferred.

Experience in sales within the industrial, security, logistics, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
