As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, responsible for generating opportunities, qualifying prospects, and booking high-quality meetings. What You’ll Do High-Volume Prospecting Perform daily outbound calls and outreach Execute multi-channel prospecting (calls, emails) Generate and qualify new leads Sales Execution & Communication Handle cold calls with confidence and professionalism Identify client needs and create interest Overcome objections effectively Build rapport quickly and position value Pipeline Growth Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team Maintain CRM data accuracy Consistently meet and exceed KPIs Contribute to revenue growth and pipeline expansion Product & Market Knowledge Understand services, ICPs, and customer pain points Continuously improve scripts and messaging Deliver strong, persuasive communication Requirements 2+ years of experience in: SDR / BDR roles- experience selling services Cold calling / outbound sales Call center sales or appointment setting Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo or similar) Advanced English (C1 – spoken & written) Strong understanding of sales processes and outbound strategies Resilience, persistence, and KPI-driven mindset Must be 21+ years old What We’re Looking For High energy and competitive mindset Strong communication & persuasion skills Goal-oriented and performance-driven Ability to thrive under pressure and targets
