Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Unit Manager role based in Kitengela. The Unit Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of financial advisors, including recruiting, coaching, performance management, and providing ongoing mentorship to help team members achieve their sales and service targets.

Qualifications

COP compliant. Over 5 years of experience in sales people recruiting, coaching, and mentoring. Proven sales, business development, and client relationship management skills within financial services, insurance, banking, or related sectors. Solid understanding of insurance and investment products. Minimum of a diploma qualification. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an added advantage. Previous experience in a unit management, branch management, or supervisory role in financial service Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and availability to work on-site in Kitengela.
