Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eldoret for a Salesperson at Momentum Kenya. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients and building long-term business relationships. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, conducting client meetings, presenting our financial products and services, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven sales and negotiation skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets Strong communication and client relationship management abilities Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of financial services and lending products is a plus Ability to work on-site in Eldoret and build community networks Proficiency in using relevant sales software and tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred Experience in the financial services industry or SME sector is an advantage
