Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of solar sales experience, is a fast learner, and is comfortable engaging with customers both physically and online.

Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential customers (walk-ins, referrals, online inquiries) Explain solar solutions clearly and recommend suitable systems based on customer needs Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales Support showroom sales and client consultations Assist in preparing quotations and proposals Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support Support basic social media engagement (responding to inquiries, posting content where needed) Keep up with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements At least 1 year of solar sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fast learner with a proactive attitude Comfortable understanding of solar systems is an added advantage Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook for business communication Good organization and follow-up skills

Preferred (Added Advantage) Experience in solar sales or technical sales Basic social media/content experience Ability to create simple content (photos/videos) for marketing
