The Cleaning Services team member will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, common areas, restrooms, and corridors. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, emptying trash bins, and restocking consumables such as soap, tissue, and cleaning supplies. The role also involves reporting any maintenance or safety issues, following security and privacy guidelines when working around sensitive areas, and using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely according to company procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with office staff and management to support a professional workspace that reflects the company’s security-focused and client-centered culture. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills to interact respectfully and professionally with colleagues, visitors, and vendors. Basic analytical skills to identify cleanliness, safety, or maintenance issues and report them promptly and accurately. Ability to support inventory and simple finance-related tasks, such as tracking cleaning supplies and using resources responsibly. Prior experience in cleaning, facilities, or housekeeping roles, preferably in office or corporate environments.
