We are seeking an energetic, hands-on, and business-oriented Digital Transformation & IT Support Officer to help drive this transformation. The Opportunity This is not a traditional IT support role. The successful candidate will lead key digitization initiatives, support implementation of Microsoft 365 business solutions, improve business workflows, develop management dashboards, and provide day-to-day IT support across the organization. The role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior management and play a central role in shaping the digital future of a fast-growing agribusiness. Key Responsibilities Digital Transformation & Systems Implementation Coordinate implementation of Mavuno's digitization roadmap. Support deployment and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Power BI. Document, analyse, and improve business processes across procurement, packhouse operations, quality management, finance, sales, and future value-addition operations. Work with consultants, software vendors, and departmental teams during digital transformation projects. Assist with future CRM and ERP implementation initiatives. Business Intelligence & Reporting Develop dashboards and management reports using Power BI and Excel. Support KPI tracking and operational performance reporting. Improve data collection and reporting processes across departments. Digital Records Management Administer SharePoint and cloud-based document management systems. Support digital document control and version management. Assist in maintaining compliance-related records, including food safety and certification documentation. IT Support & Infrastructure Provide first-line support for staff on Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, printers, hardware, and connectivity issues. Manage IT assets and equipment inventory. Support network performance, cybersecurity, data backups, and user access management. Training & Change Management Train staff on digital tools and systems. Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials. Champion adoption of digital processes throughout the organization. Qualifications & Experience Required Bachelor's Degree in: Business Information Technology (Preferred) Information Systems Management Information Systems (MIS) Information Technology Computer Science Software Engineering Minimum 2–4 years' relevant experience in: IT support Business systems administration Digital transformation projects Process improvement initiatives Technical Skills Experience with: Microsoft 365 Administration SharePoint Microsoft Teams Power Automate Power BI Advanced Microsoft Excel Cloud-based document management systems Business process mapping Dashboard development and reporting Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
