Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and work areas. Ensure proper cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment, utensils, and supplies. Monitor waste management and support food safety procedures. Schedule and coordinate stewarding duties and shift assignments. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Train and guide stewarding staff on proper cleaning procedures and workplace discipline. Support kitchen operations during events and peak production periods. Qualifications: Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food Production, Housekeeping, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year experience in stewarding or kitchen support operations. Previous supervisory experience will be an added advantage. Good leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
