Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items. Issue stock to departments while maintaining accurate records. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or variances. Conduct routine stock counts and reconciliations. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the store area. Prepare stock reports and support inventory management processes. Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all stock movements. Qualifications: Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Stores Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality, catering, or food production. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use inventory management systems. Experience using the Odoo system will be an added advantage. Good organizational and record-keeping skills. High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
