We are seeking a highly experienced, forward-thinking, and visionary School Principal to lead our dynamic team into the next phase of growth and transformation.Key Responsibilities Lead curriculum implementation within the pre-school section.  Provide instructional leadership and mentorship to pre-school teachers.  Ensure effective implementation of CBC/CBE and Montessori-based learning approaches.  Monitor lesson planning, assessments, and learner progress.  Support classroom management and learner welfare.  Coordinate parent communication and engagement activities.  Assist in maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and discipline.  Support school events, projects, and co-curricular activities.  Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent qualification.  TSC Registration Certificate.  Minimum of 5 years' teaching experience in Early Years Education.  Experience in CBC/CBE curriculum implementation.  Montessori training will be an added advantage.  Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.  Demonstrated ability to improve learner outcomes and teacher performance.
