Job Requirements: The Supply Chain Intern will work closely with our supply chain team members to support various functions and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.  Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and issuing purchase orders. Support inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and inventory accuracy verification. Assist in analyzing demand forecasts and inventory levels to optimize inventory replenishment and minimize stock-outs. Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to meet production and customer requirements. Assist in tracking and monitoring shipments, including updating shipment status and resolving any transportation issues or delays. Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to procurement, inventory, and logistics activities. Participate in supply chain improvement projects and initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Support data analysis and reporting efforts to provide insights into supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement. Assist in conducting supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure compliance with quality and service level agreements. Provide administrative support to the supply chain team, including data entry, filing, and documentation. Minimum Requirements: Educational background includes a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology.
