We examine issues of concern in depth and we have specialized in training which looks at the demand for potential success of Government, Local Government, Religious Bodies, Private Organizations, NGO’s, Voluntary Organizations and Community Organizations as well as the Private Sector.Role Objective: Our client in the service industry seeks to fill a Direct Sales Agent. You will be the face of the brand. You will responsible for the entire sales cycle from identifying potential customers and conducting direct outreach to presenting best solutions and closing deals. This role requires a mix of negotiation, excellent communication, and a passion for customer service. Salary Based Position Core Duties and Responsibilities Identify and engage potential customers through direct field marketing, community outreach, and networking. Conduct engaging presentations to showcase the value of our products and tailor solutions to match client needs. Overcome objections confidently and guide prospective clients through the enrollment/purchasing process. Maintain post-sale contact with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals. Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales quotas and performance metrics. Manage service accounts, and secure new sales orders from start to finish. Track and report on your progress using logs, weekly schedules, and monthly or annual reviews. Keep an eye on the competition by gathering data on pricing, new products, delivery times, and marketing tactics. Recommend fresh ideas for products and services based on what is required in the market. Resolve client complaints quickly, reporting any major issues and solutions back to the business. Pitch in on shared goals and team projects whenever needed to help the company succeed. At least 2 years of experience in related field (preferably sales, marketing)
