In this role, you’ll act as a market researcher and data-driven strategist, identifying high-quality leads by analyzing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), industry trends, and hiring signals. Your work will directly impact our sales success by delivering actionable, high-intent prospects. If you enjoy the hunt for valuable data and thrive on helping sales teams win — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Market Analysis & Targeting Conduct deep research across industries to identify best-fit accounts aligned with our ICP. Strategic Prospecting Identify and validate decision-makers using intent data such as hiring trends and growth signals. Lead Management Build and maintain a pipeline of accurate, high-intent leads to support SDR outreach. Data Enrichment Use advanced tools to find verified contact information (emails, direct dials), improving connection rates. Team & Tool Support Become a go-to resource for optimizing the use of sales tools and sharing best practices. Requirements & Qualifications Experience At least 1 year in lead generation, inside sales, or business development. Strategic Thinking Strong understanding of ICPs and market segmentation. Analytical Skills Ability to identify buying signals from hiring trends, company growth, or industry insights. Tool Proficiency Experience with platforms like Apollo.io, Lusha, or similar sales intelligence tools is highly preferred. Communication Skills Comfortable collaborating with SDR teams and adapting based on feedback. Technical Aptitude Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
