With a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance, customer satisfaction, and safety, we are seeking to recruit a competent and highly organized Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Mombasa Branch.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for coordinating branch operations, fleet activities, staff supervision, customer relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving efficiency, safety, and productivity within the branch.Manage all branch operations and ensure efficient execution of transport activities within the Mombasa region.

Coordinate loading and offloading of vehicles to ensure optimal turnaround time and productivity.

Ensure all truck movements are executed as per approved schedules, journey plans, and customer requirements.

Manage day-to-day deployment, utilization and performance of drivers and fleet.

Ensure compliance with transit cargo procedures, customs regulations and all applicable licenses (C40, C28, RTGL and transit guarantees).

Liaise with clearing agents, customs officials and regional authorities to ensure smooth cargo movement.

Ensure full compliance with EHSQ policies, procedures and legal requirements; promote a strong safety culture.

Monitor fleet maintenance, fuel usage, spares and asset condition.

Supervise and manage the performance of all staff reporting to you.

Coordinate with clients and ensure service delivery meets operational expectations.

Submit accurate daily and weekly operational reports to Head Office.

Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

QUALIFICATION

Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Transport Management or related field

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years’ experience in transport and logistics operations, with at least 5 years in a management role
