Responsibilities**

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Assist customers with product information and order placement.

Respond to customer questions and resolve issues on time.

Collect and report customer feedback and complaints.

Support e-commerce after-sales service activities.

Maintain product knowledge and complete assigned tasks.
Requirements

College diploma/degree or higher.

Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or pre-sales experience.

Familiarity with e-commerce after-sales support processes.

Customer-focused, reliable, and highly stable.

Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.

American accent and fluency in it is key.
