The ICU Nurse will provide specialized critical care nursing services to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced medical support.**

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Higher Diploma in Critical Care Nursing.

Minimum of two (2) years' experience in critical care nursing.

Valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.

Valid BLS and ACLS certification.

Proficiency in ventilator management, haemodynamic monitoring, and critical care protocols.

Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Competencies & Skills:

Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills.

Excellent clinical decision-making abilities.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
