This is a high-activity, revenue-generating role with significant earning potential through uncapped commissions. We place significant emphasis on measurable sales performance. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate previous achievements using specific sales targets, revenue figures, and deal examples.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect, engage and close advertising contracts with businesses across Nairobi and beyond

  • Sell 30-second digital billboard advertising slots to business owners, marketing managers and decision-makers

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline through cold calling, cold emailing, networking, referrals and proactive outreach

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations and ROI-focused pitches

  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms professionally

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and follow-up records

  • Develop long-term client relationships to drive renewals and recurring revenue

  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and slot occupancy targets

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience with measurable results

  • Confidence engaging decision-makers, budget holders and C-suite contacts

  • Ability to independently close deals

  • Resilience in a high-volume outbound sales environment

  • Strong verbal communication and professional presentation skills

  • Comfort discussing budgets, pricing and commercial terms
