Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand HANI Cosmetics' presence through carefully selected sales channels that align with the brand's positioning and long-term vision.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or premium consumer products industry and a successful track record of developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Identify and acquire new premium retail partners, beauty boutiques, makeup stores, salons, professional beauty studios, corporate gifting partners, and selected distribution partners aligned with the HANI Cosmetics brand • Develop and manage corporate gifting and B2B sales opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, beauty professionals, makeup artists, corporate clients, and strategic partners • Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership opportunities • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback • Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports • Participate in product launches, activations, promotional events, and brand-building initiatives
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field • Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience within cosmetics, beauty, skincare, luxury retail, or premium consumer products • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities • Existing relationships within the beauty, cosmetics, salon, luxury retail, gifting, or lifestyle sectors will be an advantage • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Only candidates with direct experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, luxury retail, or related consumer product industries will be considered.

• New premium retail partners onboarded • New salon and beauty studio partnerships established • Corporate gifting opportunities generated • Monthly sales revenue achieved • Strategic partnership opportunities developed • Brand-aligned distribution network growth • Customer retention and repeat business
Compensation
Performance-based commission.
