At least one (1) year of experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, gardening, or a related field. Knowledge of lawn care, gardening, and maintenance of outdoor facilities. Ability to operate basic grounds maintenance equipment and tools. Physically fit and able to work outdoors under varying weather conditions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
