The role will also ensure that product revenue and profitability targets are achieved or exceeded. Key Responsibilities Sales, Revenue & Profitability Ensure that product revenue and profitability targets are achieved or exceeded by understanding the customer’s business and anticipating requirements through a consultative selling process. Match customer needs with product capabilities through tailored demonstrations and proposals. Negotiate and renegotiate terms and conditions with customers to maximize revenue and profitability. Relationship Management & Cross-Selling Identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals to other banking lines by developing a strong understanding of client needs. Provide structured solutions to meet the specific cash management requirements of customers and prospects. Facilitate customer service issues and ensure a high level of post-sales service is always available to clients. Sales Management & Business Development Undertake a disciplined product-oriented sales management process. Monitor, track, and report on sales activity periodically, ensuring action is taken to meet sales targets. Assist product management and development teams in strategic product rollouts. Market Intelligence & Product Support Support customer needs, trends, and product or market intelligence for new product developments and enhancements. Contribute to strengthening the Bank’s competitive position through market insights and customer feedback. Perform any other duties assigned by the team leader from time to time. Job Specification Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from a recognized university. Work Experience Minimum of seven (7) years’ banking experience, with at least three (3) years in the oil and gas sector. Skills & Competencies Excellent financial acumen and analytical thinking skills. Excellent sales and marketing skills. Strong interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of commercial banking products. Sharia foundations and principles of Islamic finance will be an added advantage.
