General Ophthalmologist  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive outpatient and surgical ophthalmic care Independently perform cataract surgery (MSICS/SICS) Maintain high standards of patient safety, surgical quality, and documentation Participate in clinical governance, audit, CME, and quality improvement activities Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE MBChB and MMed (Ophthalmology) or equivalent Registered and licensed by KMPDC Demonstrated competence in MSICS/SICS Ability to independently manage ophthalmic clinics and surgical lists Strong clinical judgement, professionalism, and communication skills DESIRABLE COECSA Fellowship or equivalent Phacoemulsification experience Interest in teaching, mentorship, and training WHY JOIN CEH?
