Operations Supervisor **

About the role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Supervisor** to oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across our processes. This role is key to maintaining high performance standards while leading and motivating a team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

• 1+ years of experience in operations, team leadership, or supervision roles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Experience with KPIs, reporting, and process optimization

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in BPO

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

• Proficiency in Excel or data tools

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity

• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and service levels

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment

• Train, coach, and develop team members

• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner

• Prepare regular operational reports and performance analysis
