We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead on-site operations for infrastructure and civil engineering projects across Kenya.

Location: Nairobi (with nationwide project deployment)

Site Management: Oversee daily operations, labor forces, and subcontractors.** Technical Execution**: Interpret structural drawings and ensure strict quality control (QA/QC) to ministry standards.**

Compliance**: Enforce NCA building regulations, DOSHS safety rules, and NEMA guidelines.**

Reporting**: Maintain site diaries and deliver weekly progress and budget updates.**

Requirements******** Education: Degree/Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Registration**: Registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) or IEK.Accreditation: Valid NCA Construction Site Supervisor accreditation.**

Experience**: 5–10 years managing Kenyan road works, infrastructure, or commercial builds.**

Skills**: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project; fluent in English and Kiswahili.
