We are looking for an in-house marketer who can sell HR Outsourcing services, generate leads, and own client outreach from start to finish.  What You'll Do Sell HR Outsourcing services to small and medium businesses.  Generate leads through multiple channels - calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.  Handle client outreach and follow-up targets.  Work closely with leadership - no micromanagement  What We Need  2-3 years of experience selling business services (HR Outsourcing experience is a plus).  A good understanding of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, compliance, employee lifecycle).  Lead generation & client outreach experience - proven ability to find and engage prospects.  Great communication skills - written & verbal.  Business development mindset - you hunt, nurture, and close.  Can-do attitude - Self-starter who doesn't need supervision.  Comfortable with targets - you see them as goals, not pressure.  Education  Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field - but experience selling business services matters more.  Added Advantage Digital marketing skills (SEO, Social Media, Email Campaigns).  Why Join Essentive?
