Business Developer KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage strategic partnerships with maternity, baby, and toy brands in the Kenyan market. Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential sellers to grow the category. Design and execute growth strategies to improve seller performance and drive sales. Provide continuous training, guidance, and operational support to sellers. Manage the full seller lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding to growth and retention. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for category expansion. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. Minimum of 2 years' experience in the maternity & baby industry, e-commerce, or retail. Strong understanding of the Kenyan market and consumer behavior. Experience in business development, operations is an added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
