Qualifications & Experience**

  • Education:** Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field**
  • Experience:** 3+ years in an administrative, HR, or operations coordination role within interior design, architectural finishes, or construction**
  • HR Exposure:** Must have experience managing records, supporting recruitment, or coordinating people processes**
  • Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with construction or design industry operations

Operations & Coordination**

  • Oversee daily office and site operations – logistics, inventory tracking, procurement support

  • Improve workflow efficiency and service delivery

  • Supervise support staff including drivers, office assistants, and cleaners

  • Ensure documentation, timelines, and technical standards are consistently met

HR Support****

  • Support recruitment administration, onboarding, and employee record management

  • Work alongside HR on performance coordination, leave tracking, and compliance

  • Assist with staff welfare and team wellbeing initiatives

  • Handle confidential staff matters with discretion and integrity

Project & Supply Chain Support****

  • Coordinate project delivery support, site quality control, and inventory management

  • Liaise with transport, logistics, and external service providers

Financial & Quality Control**

  • Support budget tracking and operational efficiency

  • Maintain high standards in office and site compliance
