Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions accurately Assist in preparation of financial reports Process invoices, payments, and receipts Reconcile bank statements and accounts Maintain petty cash records and controls Support payroll processing activities Assist in budgeting and cost tracking Ensure proper filing of financial documents Monitor and track supplier payments Assist in revenue and expense analysis Support audit preparation processes Ensure compliance with accounting policies Maintain updated accounting records Perform any other assigned finance duties Skills & Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 1–2 years’ experience in an accounting role Knowledge of basic accounting principles Experience in hospitality industry is an added advantage Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Strong numerical and analytical skills Attention to detail and accuracy High level of integrity Strong attention to detail Good organizational skills Ability to work under pressure Strong communication skills Analytical and problem-solving ability Team player with professionalism End Date: 20th June 2026
