Reeds Africa consult (RAC) consultants have a combined experience of over 18 years and are very well capable of achieving sustainable, productive performance growth with full compliance as your HR partner of choice.Job Summary We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Manager to lead and coordinate all sales, marketing, and customer service activities within the organization. Job Description Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Lead customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management initiatives. Supervise and manage the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare and present periodic sales, marketing, and customer service performance reports. Develop and manage key customer accounts. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer complaints. Coordinate promotional campaigns, branding, and market penetration activities. Work closely with Operations and Production teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years’ relevant work experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. Proven ability to manage end-to-end Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service operations. Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of at least five (5) employees. Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of customer relationship management and business development. Familiarity with Nairobi and its environs, including key commercial and construction markets. Experience in the construction, building materials, concrete, quarry, or related industry will be an added advantage. Must be results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
