This position ensures an efficient case workflow, accurate documentation, and effective communication between clients, vendors, and legal teams. Key Responsibilities: Communication and Client Relations Follow up and facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, vendors, and third parties. Communicate with clients to gather information, provide case updates, and schedule calls. Assist clients in completing legal forms and required documentation. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages. Case and Documentation Management Organize, maintain, and update case files and legal documentation. Manage and process client intake forms. Accurately and promptly transcribe legal documents. Review, correct, and update documents as needed. Ensure regulatory compliance when preparing and filing legal documents. Maintain and clean internal databases to ensure accuracy. Records and Data Management Request, collect, and track medical records and supporting documentation. Upload, categorize, and maintain files in CRM systems. Administrative Support Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff. Schedule appointments, calls, and follow-up activities. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience as a legal assistant (local or US). Advanced English level (B2+, C1 without accent).
