This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring KPIs are met, and aligning daily operations with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs Ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs Oversee daily operations and workflow execution Conduct 1:1 sessions, coaching, and performance improvement plans (PIPs) Monitor quality of interactions and adherence to processes Deliver ongoing training (shadowing sessions, role plays, etc.) Prepare and present operational and performance reports Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives Commission Structure Commission based on team performance Activated starting at 80% of target achievement Key metrics: IAs and PCA Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in sales environments (mandatory) Experience leading SDR, sales, or training teams Advanced or fluent English (essential) Strong leadership and decision-making skills KPI-driven and analytical mindset Excellent communication and coaching abilities Ability to manage large teams What We Offer Attractive commission structure Opportunities for professional growth within the company
