The HVAC Master Technician, designated as key personnel, will perform and support inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal system performance and operation. **
Minimum Requirements**

A valid U.S. HVAC Master License obtained from any U.S. state or territory.

At least five (5) years of experience in the maintenance and repair of chilled water and DX-type centralized air conditioning plant equipment with ducted VAV and constant volume air distribution systems, supporting a minimum capacity of 100 tons.

Completion of the Refrigeration and Airconditioning Servicing National Certification Level III (RAC NC III) course or its equivalent.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, inspecting, testing, and repairing large-scale HVAC systems.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to HVAC systems and refrigerants.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.

Passport should be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.

Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for the duration of deployment.

Performing maintenance and repair of chilled water and Direct Expansion (DX) type centralized air conditioning plant equipment.

Supporting Variable Air Volume (VAV) and Constant Volume type air distribution systems with capacities of 100 tons or greater.

Conducting inspections, fault diagnosis, testing, and preventive maintenance for HVAC systems.

Performing troubleshooting and implementing repairs to ensure the effective and safe operation of HVAC systems in compliance with established guidelines and standards.

Assisting with planning and scheduling maintenance activities for HVAC systems.

Documenting inspections, test results, maintenance, and repairs in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Supervising and providing technical guidance to team members as needed, ensuring work is performed efficiently and safely.

Ensuring adherence to environmental safety regulations and safe refrigerant handling practices.
