We expect you to
Bring strong full-stack engineering fundamentals with a solid backend foundation (clean architecture, design patterns, testing) Have solid experience with PHP, ideally Laravel or Symfony (or be confident you can ramp up quickly), and strong experience with React / Next.js Be comfortable working across the stack and stepping outside a narrow role when needed Confidently design and navigate complex business and domain logic Write reliable, well-tested code and follow best engineering practices Work autonomously, from system design through implementation, deployment, and optimization Take a senior mindset: ownership, technical leadership, and proactive problem-solving
Salary
Gross salary range is 4500-6500 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hub in Kaunas!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
