π Role Description We are seeking an SDR Supervisor with proven experience in supervising sales teams, responsible for leading, developing, and comprehensively managing a team of SDRs. This role ensures the achievement of objectives and the alignment of daily operations with the business strategy.
π― Responsibilities
Lead and manage the assigned team of SDRs Ensure individual and team KPIs are met Coordinate the teamβs daily operations Develop the team through coaching, 1:1s, and performance improvement plans (PIPs) Oversee the quality of interactions and processes Conduct ongoing training (shadowing, role-plays) Prepare operational reports Implement continuous improvement strategies

Based on team performance Triggered at 80% achievement Key metrics: IAs and PCA
β Requirements
+2 years of experience as a Supervisor in sales environments (MANDATORY) Experience leading SDR, sales, or training teams Advanced or fluent English (ESSENTIAL) Strong leadership and decision-making skills Analytical approach focused on KPIs Excellent communication skills with a focus on coaching Ability to manage large teams
