Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.

At least 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.

Strong content creation and copywriting skills.

Knowledge of social media analytics and performance measurement tools.

Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and online advertising.

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, content plans and leads conversion strategies as per allocated guidelines and content plans.

Manage social media strategy implementation, client engagements, sales conversion and interactions.

Develop organization’s products and services content, branding and visibility campaigns and update the organizations social media pages and websites to foster sales support.

Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter captions, blogs, Instagram and TikTok content.

Track and analyze social media traffic flow and provide regular internal reports for review analysis.

Attain key performance indicators such as increasing the social media engagement rate, increasing dwell time (CTR) and improving conversion.

Continually work on presenting company stories and products in most competitive ways and record and present achieved sales, feedback and challenges in the monthly report.

Handle clients needs and queries professionally and record all raised concerns and conversion for internal reports.

Record, edit and post videos, posts and audio content to online sites/pages for increased engagement and visibility.

Identify new trends in digital marketing evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.

Create and manage the customers’ contact database and assist with their engagement and needs online.
