Requirements**

Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures.

Review and validate payroll to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Oversee stock controls, including stock counts, shrinkage analysis, and receiving processes.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.

Support financial planning activities such as forecasting and annual budgeting.

Analyze store and departmental performance to support decision-making.

Ensure adherence to finance policies and support implementation of audit recommendations.

Assist with monitoring store budget to ensure compliance and highlight possible issues.
