Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Crop Protection, Agronomy, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years' experience in crop protection and irrigation management in a commercial horticultural farm, preferably summer flowers.

Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, fertigation, crop protection products, and Integrated

Pest Management (IPM).

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Develop and implement irrigation, fertigation, and crop protection programs.

Monitor pest and disease levels and coordinate timely interventions.

Analyze scouting data and recommend appropriate control measures.

Supervise irrigation and spray teams to ensure efficient execution of activities.

Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and operation of irrigation and spray equipment.

Monitor water usage, fertilizer application, and crop protection effectiveness.

Enforce compliance with health, safety, environmental, and certification standards.

Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
