Requirements for Appointment**

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-

• Diploma, Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya.

• Valid practicing license.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience

• Sound knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care standards, and infection prevention practices.

• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical record systems are an added advantage.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality patient care.
