Requirements for Appointment**

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -

• Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Professional qualifications in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Marketing, or related areas are an added advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development, enterprise development, project management, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of business planning, financial management, and market analysis.

• Excellent business development, negotiation, and networking skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication, report-writing, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant business management tools.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
