Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team. Build and maintain strong customer relations & engagement Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Support inventory planning by coordinating demand forecasting, stock availability, and distribution. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to drive business growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience at least 5 years in sales leadership within the retail sector. Strong sales, negotiation, and team management skills. Good understanding of marketing execution and customer engagement. Practical knowledge of inventory management and stock planning. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
