Denri Africa is a bag shop located on the second floor of Star Mall along Tom Mboya Street. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence within the retail sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team. Build and maintain strong customer relations & engagement Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Support inventory planning by coordinating demand forecasting, stock availability, and distribution. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to drive business growth. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience at least 5 years in sales leadership within the retail sector. Strong sales, negotiation, and team management skills. Good understanding of marketing execution and customer engagement. Practical knowledge of inventory management and stock planning. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
