Pwani Oil Products Ltd is a proud member of the UN Global Compact. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. Reconcile customer accounts, resolve payment disputes, and process receivable claims. Prepare customer statements, aging reports, and collection performance reports. Monitor customer creditworthiness and support effective credit risk management. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company credit policies and ethical business practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA Part II (or equivalent). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Credit Control, preferably within the FMCG industry. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
