There are nearly 3000 people working at LC WaikikiâÂÂs corporate office, more than 24,000 people in Turkey and abroad, with more than 500 job positions throught the company.Key Responsibilities Auditing the Store Audit according to corporate procedures, regulations in retail operations Understanding of POS (Point of sale) and stock management software integration No restriction to travel and ready to work in variable hours, in and out of the country Finance/Personnel Affairs/Logistic Process according to Audit criteria to check whether they are following existing company procedures, memorandums and legal regulations, and to correctly check procedures, instructions that are applied in the store Participating in store/central warehouse inventory counting as Head of Inventory Sending the audit and inventory reports to his/her function manager and the related departments. Examining audit and inventory reports when necessary Reports inappropriate situations to his/her manager during the audit and inventory process Preparing reports as per the audit and inventory analysis results Qualifications University degree in related fields Fluent verbal and written skills in English is a must Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations Preferably at least 2-3 years of experience in Audit Department or Store Operations Auditing and Inventory Knowledge of MS Office programs, good at Excel Knowledge of corporate procedures, regulations in retail operations Work performance/ behavior in accordance with company procedures Ability to use technical tools (handheld terminals cash registers) Understanding of POS (Point of sale) and stock management software integration Eager to work in a multinational/multicultural environment No restriction to travel (about 80 % of working time) and ready to work in variable hours, in and out of the country What LC Waikiki Offers to You Opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing companies in retail.
