Denri Africa is a bag shop located on the second floor of Star Mall along Tom Mboya Street. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide friendly, professional customer service and product/promotion information Execute in-store promotions and activations to drive sales Handle M-Pesa, and card transactions accurately via the POS system Receive stock deliveries, monitor inventory, and request replenishments Keep accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports SKILLS & QUALITIES: Prior retail or customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, well-organized, and able to work independently Comfortable with POS systems and basic sales reporting Willingness to work weekends/shifts as required
