JOB DESCRIPTION Manage day-to-day HR operations. Oversee staff attendance, records, contracts, and appraisals. Promote staff welfare and professional growth. Foster a culture of excellence and high performance. QUALIFICATIONS Diploma in Human Resource Management (Degree is an added advantage) Valid IHRM Membership Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resource Management Strong knowledge of Kenyan Labour Laws Must have proven experience in school setup. High integrity, professionalism, a passion for children, and a commitment to excellence and the Catholic ethos. Strong leadership, HR systems knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Mzizi ERP is an added advantage).
