The National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA) project is a landmark initiative by the Government of Kenya, funded by the World Bank, aimed at transforming the lives of vulnerable youth. Over five years, NYOTA will create employment opportunities, enhance income generation, and promote savings among the youth populationBAYE Africa, in partnership with the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA), invites qualified and passionate professionals to apply as trainers for the Socio-Economic Skills Development (SESD) component under the NYOTA Program. TRAINING AREAS (SESD) Africa Business Acceleration for Young Entrepreneurs in Africa (BAYE - AFRICA) Life Skills Financial Literacy Digital Skills Entrepreneurship Comunication  ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Digital Skills & E-Commerce Digital tools, online business and e-commerce Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Education, Business, Social Sciences, Community Development, Agribusiness or related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in training, facilitation or youth skills development. Proven experience in SESD, entrepreneurship, financial literacy or digital skills training. Strong communication, facilitation and mentoring skills. Experience working in ASAL regions is an added advantage.
